Welcome to RexAI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RexAI’s website and AI-powered Google Ads automation platform (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
RexAI provides AI-powered automation for Google Ads campaign creation, optimization, and reporting. To use certain features, you may need to connect your Google Ads account through Google’s OAuth authorization flow.
2. Eligibility
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Account Registration
To access RexAI, you must create an account and provide accurate business and billing information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying RexAI immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Integration with Google Services
When you connect your Google Ads account to RexAI:
- You grant RexAI access to your Google Ads account through OAuth authorization.
- RexAI will only request the minimum necessary scopes to perform campaign automation, reporting, and audience management.
- RexAI may request access to your Google account basic profile information (name and email) solely to identify your Google account and associate it with your RexAI workspace. We do not store your Google password and we do not use profile data for marketing or unrelated purposes.
- RexAI’s access and use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize RexAI to perform actions you initiate or configure (e.g., create/edit campaigns, read reports, manage audiences) on your behalf within your Google Ads account.
- You may revoke RexAI’s access at any time via your Google Account Permissions. If you revoke access, certain features will no longer function.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
- RexAI offers subscription plans, including a 30-day free trial that requires valid payment information.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- All payments are handled securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RexAI to:
- Violate any laws or regulations, including Google Ads policies.
- Misuse Google Ads features or attempt to bypass restrictions.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Services.
- Access another user’s account without authorization.
RexAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Data Ownership and Usage
- You retain ownership of all data you input into RexAI, including Google Ads account data.
- By using RexAI, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
- RexAI does not sell or share your Google Ads data with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
- RexAI retains your Google Ads data only as long as necessary to provide Services.
- If you delete your account, RexAI will delete associated OAuth tokens and linked data within 30 days.
- You may revoke RexAI’s access to your Google Ads account at any time through Google Account settings.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, scoped to the permissions you grant, and are used only to fulfill RexAI features you enable. Tokens are deleted when you disconnect RexAI or delete your account, and you can also revoke access instantly via Google Account Permissions.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.
10. Intellectual Property
RexAI owns all rights, titles, and interests in the platform, including software, logos, and content (excluding your data). You may not copy, modify, or distribute RexAI intellectual property without permission.
11. Disclaimers
- RexAI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- We do not guarantee specific advertising results or ROI from Google Ads campaigns created with RexAI.
- RexAI is not responsible for Google Ads account suspensions, disapprovals, or policy violations.
11A. Service Changes & Availability
We may modify or discontinue features with notice where feasible. Access may be affected by Google API availability, quota limits, policy changes, or third-party outages.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RexAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to RexAI in the past 12 months.
13. Termination
You may stop using RexAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Misuse Google Ads or Google APIs.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
Upon termination, your access to RexAI and Google Ads integrations will end.
14. Compliance with Google Requirements
RexAI complies with:
- Google Ads API Terms of Service
- Google Ads Policies
- Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use)
RexAI uses Google user data only to provide features you authorize (e.g., campaign creation, optimization, reporting). We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising/marketing outside of RexAI. Our integration is designed to meet Google OAuth verification requirements, including data minimization, clear consent, and user revocation controls.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date.
